For Youth ages 15-30 years of age, that are actively looking for work, not in full-time school, and are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident.

SAIL Youth Employment Program
This program offers youth between the ages of 15-30 an opportunity access in-person, individualized employment search, job support, and workshop facilitation.

PROGRAM OFFERS
- In-person, individualized employment search, job support, and workshop facilitation
- Paid minimum wage for 30 hours a week for two weeks during job search timeframe
- Eight weeks of work experience and access to a wage subsidy
- Individualized job search instruction, resume writing/building, interview practice and life skills development
- Provides industry specific training certificates and opportunities to enhance labor market participation
- Networking, labour market information, and employment maintenance
- Other financial supports including interview attire, bus pass, wage subsidy, etc.
