Business Plan and Budget Process
Bylaw Review
Governance Policy
Risk Assessment
Oversight and Monitoring Plan
Schedule of Contracts – Compliance / Obligations / Deliverables / KPM’s
Succession Planning (Board and Executive Director)
- Meet 2 hours in the evening, monthly between January – June & September – November
- Join or support at least one committee or task force
- Provide expertise and passion in one or more areas related to governance, human resources, finances, partnerships, etc.
