No charge for District of Sooke, WLES joint initiatives, registered WorkBC clients & employers, and Nonprofit & Chamber of Commerce members.
Nonprofit & Chamber of Commerce: $65 flat fee for PM & Sat/Sun bookings (Computer Lab, Board Room, and Multi-Purpose Room).
Evenings (4:30pm–8:30pm) & weekends (Sat & Sun): +$30/hr added to the base rate for all spaces.
* Multi-Purpose Room weekly rate: $1,470 when available.
** Pre-approved community partners as defined in the rental space agreement (District of Sooke, Chamber of Commerce, WorkBC Engaged Employer, etc.) qualify for special rates. Contact us to confirm eligibility.
